When did you start working in the travel industry?

I started working in travel in 2008.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I love seeing the customers excitement when they are booking a holiday and seeing and helping them with questions they have along the way and when they return and come and tell you all about their fabulous trip. Its a good feeling of achievement.

Where would you like to visit next?

I wish to visit Canada and experience the rocky mountaineer train. I think it would be amazing to see the wildlife and landscape this way.

What is your dream holiday destination?

I am happy to travel anywhere as all travel is a positive experience of new culture and food.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

Australia. I have sold so many itineraries to Australia and they all look superb. Some of my customers travelled to Sydney over new year and I booked them a private boat in the harbour so they could experience the New years eve fireworks up close. That was their trip of a lifetime and I helped them achieve it.

What were your childhood holidays like?

We loved to go to Majorca as a family, it ticks all the correct family boxes of... short flight, lovely beaches, nice people and interesting places to visit.

What are the first three things in your case?

Passport, Money and insurance and I'm good to go!!
